IMC was founded in 1993 in Southern California. IMC founders are veteran leaders in the earned value industry who understand the obstacles in project management organizations. As their earned value challenges increased, so did their passion to develop a simple earned value solution.
In addition to software development, the founders saw an increasing need for training, mentoring, and consulting in the earned value field. As a result, a group of professionals were gathered to bring enthusiasm and energy to the industry. This group of men and women aspire for greatness and your success.

Senior Consultant
Essential Duties:
- Senior Consultants lead and assist clients to refine and mature their project and earned value management tools, methodology, and training.
- Candidate must be able to provide technical expertise in an environment where they are considered an advisory role and also a client team member.
- Senior Consultants train/mentor client resources as required to assure effective use of project management tools and overall system compliance.
- Candidates must have excellent consulting skills, which necessitate strong interpersonal and communication skills in the English language.
- Position requires a solid understanding and background experience in project management, earned value management, finance, and/or IT.
Tool knowledge: Oracle Primavera Project Management, Microsoft Project, and any earned value/cost management systems are highly desired.
Education/Work Related Experience: Minimum qualifications include an Undergraduate degree or five years experience – advanced degrees are highly desirable.
Travel within the US and abroad is estimated to be 80% to 100%. PMI certification a plus.
